How to Make Smoked Salmon Foam Cheese Sandwiches:

1. Slice bread into i/3" thick slices.
2. In a pocket-sized bowl, combine the spread ingredients: 7 oz foam cheese, 2 tbsp sour cream and 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill. Mash it all together with a fork.
